The suite with 2 twin beds is well-maintained, and the location right next to Playa Las Glorias is fantastic.

The convenient location near downtown and the main restaurant made it really easy to get around, and the staff here provided excellent and top-notch services.

The location here is perfect, the room I booked was clean and had a comfortable king bed.

Hotel's location was great and awesome, to the bars to the restaurants. What's more, it was short walk to Puerto Vallarta for many years, the airport and the Malecon, and beach which was beautiful. The breakfast was sensational and satisfactory with a cappuccino and the food there, for example and the restaurant food was freshly made.

The prices are reasonable and affordable, especially considering the beautiful location right on the beach. I also enjoyed the breakfast, which featured some delicious Mexican favorites on board the pirate ship.

That the waiters do not do their job well do not attend to what is said anything right at meals not if it is because they want to see the tip ahead or not because it will be because q with other people very attentive or with others not even a glass of water offered i in the dinner that you book one takes a lot to serve the place is ugly the room that the bathrooms if they are impeccable but the service Ai at dinner is lousy apart that they take a long time to serve the food they leave it for Ai to go and pick up the tip then they remember they go and bring the dishes and everything is cold apart from that they bring a bad face and one tells them what is wrong so as not to talk so much they are three dishes the first dish was served to the last one and we were not served dessert from alas outside everything else was very good the waiters are bad they do not attend anything well that is all thanks

Good work of the waiters and bartenders, the bed is very comfortable and very good cleanliness. The shows are entertaining, the facilities are from regular to good. Very familiar atmosphere the children enter everywhere there are no restrictions for them. Entertaining atmosphere and in spite of being holidays there were not many people trying to put you in the mood.

Some of the other services you get are reluctant and even tired of working (the one with the pizzas and one with the towels), you expect to get to eat seafood and it's only two hours and it's toast with few shrimp. If you go with your partner and without children, expect to find children even at the "disco". There is only free internet access in the lobby and internet for room and pool has an extra cost. buffet is very simple and some things are discounted, it does not taste bad.
